What does my warranty cover?
Please review warranty coverage material provided from your retail center in which you purchased your home. In addition, please see Coverages section within this website.
Can my Service Contact be transferred to a new owner?
The HomeCarePlus warranty is fully transferrable for unlimited number of times. There is a $50 transfer fee and proof of maintenance may be required. All Transfers must occur within 30 days of home sale. The warranty is not transferrable to Dealers, Rental Agencies, or Consignment Sales.
Who does the service repairs?
The home owner can contact a licensed repair facility of their choice. Some dealers may elect to do the repairs themselves and receive reimbursement of the repair for labor and parts. If a dealer does not do repair work, the customer can contact any local licensed company.
